Fill out the Online Application Form. When your application is received and reviewed, you will be contacted by the National Office.

Upon approval, sign and return to the National Office, a copy of the National Policies and Chapter Agreement Form along with a check or money order made out to the Dead Theologians Society for the amount indicated.

You will then receive the materials you need to run your DTS chapter.
